Ideal for people who enjoy being outdoors (whatever the weather) enjoy walking, being physically active, looking at nature, using hand tools, likes team work and would enjoy being part of an active busy location that welcomes children and adults for a wide variety of activities.
Help the us to manage the Cemetery Park for wildlife and people. All tools and training will be provided and there is a building on site to store belongings and have access to the toilets, as well as grab that much deserved tea or coffee. The work is seasonal but you can expect to be engaged in gardening type activities that involve hand weeding and planting. No power tools are used and all work is carried out with hand tools with full supervision. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and sturdy footwear. We’ll supply gardening gloves. Enjoy being physical in London’s most urban woodland surrounded by birds and the sound of wind in the trees.
